The Boulder County [Colorado] Railway Historical Society recently installed new windows in the cab of 2-8-0 No. 30, and continues progress restoring their ex-D&RGW caboose. The locomotive's tender and coach 280 are now completely restored. This group has a good website, which has much information on the history of the artifacts, plus details of their restoration efforts. They have done well at getting funds and have established reasonable, achievable goals for their efforts.
