Read the flimsie about the Amtrack charter to Galveston; would there be a higher insurance cost if it was pulled by steam?

I never got to ride it but I remember reading about the 555 at the Galvestion RR museum pulling a train from Houston to Galvestion a few years ago.

There was the Texas Limited which operated from Eureka Yard in Houston to Galveston over the current UP line. The 555 led the train on its initial weekend from Galvez Yard into the station, but never operated any farther north than that with the passenger train.
