 Post subject: CB&Q's steam program promoter passes away

Herb Wallace, Jr. of Plano, TX passed away August 29. He was General Passenger Manager for the CB&Q under President Patrick Murphy. Mr. Wallace was instrumental in inaugurating and promoting the Burlington's steam program in the 1960s.
