Post subject:  Leadville connection

Can anyone tell us if the rail connection of the Leadville, Colorado & Southern was severed between the LC&S and the D&RGW (UP) before the Tennessee Pass line was closed? If so, how far, and what would be needed to restore it?<br><br>

I was told that they pulled the track from the yard to the wye, with just enough track to turn a loco, haven't seen it and I got this info third hand, i don't know why up tor that up when colorado only taxes on main line mileage<br>
