Is there any historical society or museum dedicated to the history of the Grand Trunk Railway System?

There is a Grand Trunk Western Railway Historical Society. Web address is below, and they are based out of the Lansing, Michigan GT/ GTW depot.
There website is: http://www.gtwhs.org/. As far as the Grand Trunk, if you mean the New England lines, or the predecessor Grand Trunk of Canada.

Thank you for your reply. However, the Grand Trunk Railway I am interested in ran in New England and eastern Canada, specifically the Niagara/Fort Erie area.

You might want to try this site for a start. It specialises in the Niagara region. You might want to contact the Niagara Falls railway museum as well. They also have a website.
