Greetings all, It is my understanding that all varients of PRR MP-54 cars did not use PCB's, as they were designed before the invention of PCB's in the 1950's. I think PCB's go back to the 1930's. I think the first one was General Electric Perinol (sp?) This has been causing GE headaches for years from clean up costs in the Hudson River in NY and the Housatonic River in MA hgorin@ix.netcom.com |
