 Post subject: Was this a stock Alco model?

No. 399, a 2-8-0 on the Green Bay & Western. It bears a lot of resemblance to Great Western No. 60, Virginia & Truckee No. 5, and a couple of others in Cuba. Was this basically a stock Alco model for shortlines and export?
