Looking for links to photos of the ca. 1910 minature electric railway at Hershey Park. When did it go out of service. I remember riding it in the early 1960s. Thanks for any photos.

The original Hershey electric park train was taken out when the park was redone in the '70s. I *think* they stuck it in the Hershey Museum. The two 24" Crowns were installed as a replacement at about the same time. They also had a MTC G-12, this was bought back a few years ago and reinstalled adjacent to Wildcat. I've got pix of the Crowns and the G-12 on my parktrains website (http://www.trainweb.org/parktrains) but none of the electric. I recall seeing some video of the electric on TV a few years ago. Could have been A&E's Biography on Mr. H. I'm at work right now so I can't check my tape of that to be sure.

I last knew the electric train to be in outdoor storage at the park, adjacent to the convention hall. Of course I found out about this AFTER I was there for a visit. I was hoping to find a picture of the train when it was in service.
