This week, the CTRC had a positive meeting with the Gilroy, California city council about possibly establishing our railroad museum in their community. The meeting resulted in establishing a study team to provide a written report for the council on the feasibility of the project. The team, comprising of CTRC, city staff and the local redevelopment agency representatives, will be meeting next week. Unfortunately, CTRC's previous market analysis, originally prepared for a different location under different circumstances, is now approaching 10 years old.

We need from similar museum facilities:

1.) Overall attendance figures
2.) A separate figure for train riders if that is offered at your museum.
3.) Separate attendance figures for special events, ie. Thomas Days,

For this purpose, guesstimates over the last five years will be acceptable.
