A small correction to your 9/26 brief. The last Trains Unlimited tour to Paraguay was not in 1995, but in 1998. I was on both tours. The shops at Sapucay are like those at the EBT- only supersized. This gem of a railway deserves a better fate. As usual, all it needs is $$$$$$$
