Of all the internet groups, this one is one of the best structured and most intelligent sites in all of cyberdome! So don't disappoint me, dang it! I am part of a group searching for a specific 44-tonner, c/n 28502, originally Alexander Railroad Company #2 (Taylorsville, NC) to Coors Brewery (C992)in 1974,to Guyan Pipe & Valve Co. at Harrison, N. J., in 12-1979. But we lose her at this point. Can't find any internet records of Guyan now, and we are at a roadblock. Jay Reed is the best person to go to for information on industrial locomotives. It won't tell you about a locomotive- but might get you back on the corporate trail. Each states records vary a bit, I do know that Pennsylvania's are online perhaps NJ is as well.
