Good webpage on the House of David RR, a 15-inch gauge operation at a religious commune in Michigan. These trains were used to haul their crops as well as people. Began with Cagney 4-4-0s, but they later built their own engines. http://www.israelitehouseofdavid.org/train.html ryarger@rypn.org |

i have an album full of scale locomotives on post cards. The House of David is well represented. They took the old steam engines and shrouded them just as they streamlined the real ones in the 1930s. Ted Miles ted_miles@nps.gov |
