Post subject:  CW Baldwin with No. 12?
Chesapeake Western Baldwin diesel and an unusual flatcar load that looks like it might be Tweetsie No. 12 behind it. Is the Baldwin one of the two in the Roanoke scrapyard?

Looks like it is No. 12, probably on its way to or from the Shenandoah Central, the short-lived private RR that was its first home away from home.

No, the one in the photo is 661, the ones in Roanoke are 662 and 663.
