The aerial photo is great.

I've been over there a couple of times but, even though you can get very close to the outer perimeter without trespassing, I haven't been able to find a good place to take a photo that shows the whole thing.

Still wondering why there aren't more roundhouses that are preserved by virtue of continuous service. Seems like in the major yards that are still active a relatively compact, easily accessible, covered work area would be a virtue.
