Has anyone tried Rusteco products?

I ran across what seems to be a miracle product in my effort to revive some chrome seat backs in our Red Car "blimp" interurban. Are their claims for real?

Auto body shops used to use Coke for rust removal
"it contains a food grade acid, as found in cola drinks." from their MSDS sheets
