Does anyone have a photo of the big O5 Northern being given the coup d'gras? I've never seen one.

I doubt that one exists. I believe that the scrapping took place towards the center of the yard well away from where it sat for so long. When it suddenly dissappeared from along the fence I walked around the perimeter of the yard. Not finding it, I climbed up a fire escape on a nearby factory building for a better view but could not see it, just lots of cut up scrap out in the scraping area, nothing discernable as a locomotive.
