Where is this little two-foot gauge 0-4-0T now? Originally from the North Western's tie plant in Wyoming, it sat for years at the Black Hills Central, then was taken east a few years ago, ostensibly to be turned into a Maine-like two-footer. What happened to > it? According to the roundhouse foreman at Black Hills Central this little thing left Hill City "around 1980" and he has no idea where it went. A 1979 (approximately) photo while it was still at Hill City is on the link below. I too would very much like to know where it is, so I can update our database. C&NW 100 |
