there is a post on practicalmachinist.com in the antique machinery forum about a niles wheel lathe sitting in the weeds at Armory, Miss. Maybe Mark needs to add a second wheel shop to keep up with demand, or maybe someone else might need it.. if it's salvagable. The name of the town is Amory, Miss, which is on the BNSF (Frisco) line from Memphis, TN to Birmingham, AL.
