It was an interesting Website. The Argentine Ferroclub group has also restored a 1911 British-built Beyer-Paecock 2-8-0, a 1937 German-built Orenstine & Koppel tank engine, and a 1920 Britsh-built Grafton self-propelled crane.
As for his request for Cab interior photos, I discovered that the George Elwood 'Fallen Flags' website includes the Operator's Manual for a RF-16. I have e:mailed the link to Sr. Virgili in Argentina.
