Recently I saw this new movie "The Station Agent" and wondered about the former Morris County Central equipment shown in it. There was a steel coach and two cabeese, as well as the Newfoundland station itself. It was interesting to see the abandoned tourist line's facility as a movie set. According to my not-very-much a railfan girlfriend, this was a really enjoyable movie, in case anyone was interested.

The Station Agent

The surviving coach is former CNJ 1001 "Beaver Lake" and the caboose is former PRR which was used as a gift shop. The second steel caboose was not a part of the MCC operation.
