K-4 #1361, what is the report?

Anyone have a knowledgeable report on the rebuilding status of the K-4? All I want is a valid report, not a flame war of a shifting of responsibilities!

I saw the end of a TV report last week stating that Westsylvania Heritage Copporation has not renewed its contract with the Museum. Anybody know what affect this will have on the Altoona Museum and/or the K4 project????
