Its a very attractive little engine. Mike Piersa put up a nice website for it and supplied me with all the information for the article. He knows a lot about the engine. I went to visit #5 this fall, drove all the way up to Kent and the Plymouth was running. I later found out the #5 got running a few hours later. The first public appearance after the restoration was at Railfair 99. Apparently the diesel that towed her to the docks in Hawaii also wound up at Chama. -Ed Kelley gtngrr@aol.com |
