NS Business car at Strasburg?

I passed through Strasburg after dark tonight and saw what looked like a N.S. business car behind the backshop.

Anyone have details?

It could very well be. If so, when is it opened? Or would it be there for service or storage?

The NS Exhibit car is at Strasburg for this weekend's Thomas event. It is not a business car.
