Post subject:  Calling Michigan and Vermont

Hmmm... the "trade" word is in this ad... I wonder if there is a three-way deal that could get the 2-8-0 back home in Michigan, a Rutland RS-1 back home in Vermont (since there are TWO in Michigan)... and what would that third piece be that would interest Grand Canyon? The VRS has some interesting pieces if they'd like a sister to Rutland #405... How about any of the New England museums? TJ, any Michigan perspectives?

Just dreaming and scheming about getting a RUT RS-1 home...

Maybe Aarne or Dennis might have room for a 2-8-0 at SRI in Corunna/ Owosso. I have to think it would be a nice "middle of the road" loco between the little shop goat and the 1225. I'll let them look at that though.
