Actually two questions.

First I recently spent a wopping $.50 for an undated photo of EBT 16. The engine is detailed with whitewalls and a shiny boiler jacket. Based on recent photos it is also sporting a different headlight than it does today. Could this be a 5x8 copy of the builders photo?

Second, is their any interest in scanning this photo and posting it on the web? If so are their any copyright issues? Obviously I didn't buy a negative and the person I bought it from didn't have a clue about who, what, or when.

Thanks, the garage sale thread piqued my interest. This is the first old photo I've purchased.
