Has there been an accurate / proper documentation of Paulsen Spence and the steam collection? NO flaming or opinions. Just looking for a biography and such.

Best I can do for you is an article in the March 1963 issue of Trains, page 45, written by C.W. Witbeck and titled "The strange story of Mr. Spence and his steam engines".
