I note an extensive discussion of favorite train songs on the Chaski board. Here's mine, by Hank Snow. The rhythm is such that you can almost hear the stack talk of the 4-8-4 as it blasts east out of Dodge City. I have an original RCA recording but also found it on WinMX.
