B&O caboose westbound on I-70 today

I was heading home from Columbus, OH today and saw a low boy with a B&O caboose (sans cupola) heading westbound. Had an irregular coat of paint on it with graffitti on one side that said NO FAT CHICKS. I am not making a slam at anyone, I am simply using this as an identifier. Anyone know where the caboose might have been moved from or enroute to?

Maybe it is a portable "Jenny Craig" advertisement for those who have let their "caboose" get too big.
