Post subject:  Before Disneyland

Old photo of Disneyland's Ernest S. Marsh, now an attractive old-time 2-4-0 when still in New Jersey. I'm told that at the time it was powered by an industrial boiler installed in the small tender, as the original had failed.

I can tell you for a fact that it never had a small boiler in the tender. I have no idea where that ever got started.
