Unfortunately, 1983 would be in the first year or 18 months of publication; back issues would be very difficult to find or liberate. Will a photocopy suffice? I can look through my mostly-complete set and see if I spot said magazine, or if not in my files, I can check the Maryland Rail Heritage Library files. Unfortunately, I won't be able to access the latter until January at the earliest. Can you be patient? Railpace's website LNER4472-NOSPAM-@bcpl.net |
