Very common in my neck of the woods. Unfortunately, 1983 would be in the first year or 18 months of publication; back issues would be very difficult to find or liberate. Will a photocopy suffice?

I can look through my mostly-complete set and see if I spot said magazine, or if not in my files, I can check the Maryland Rail Heritage Library files. Unfortunately, I won't be able to access the latter until January at the earliest. Can you be patient?

I know you're in my neck of the weeks, Steamtown has a library and IIRC a complete set of Railpace mags...
