"Ten Turtles To Tucumcari" by Klink Garrett with Toby Smith. Other than a small more railfan oriented history of REA I got a few years back here is a new book by an employee who worked from 1934 to 1973. Just got it tonight, so really can't offer any more other than this is the first "oral history" I have run across on this grand old company.
