Onetime Lee Tidewater Cypress 2-6-2 No.4, under restoration at Hardin, KY. I believe one of four Lee Tidewater 2-6-2s saved. Was long derelict at Monee, Illinois, with several other steamers. http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=31620 ryarger@rypn.org |

Bob, Good shot of #4. An update on the restoration progress: Tubes removed internals of the boiler being de-scaled in preparation for ultra sound. Various other parts being cleaned, reconditioned and stored. Bruce Pierce Mid-South Rail Heritage Foundation > Onetime Lee Tidewater Cypress 2-6-2 No.4, > under restoration at Hardin, KY.
