Finally met my match, folks.............

Page 17, January 2004 Railpace, pictures a cute, shiny, handsome, freshly-restored NG 0-4-0T on display outside the Lukens Steel/ISG headquarters in Coatesville, Pa. It's identified as "Lukens #10"; I have never seen or heard of this loco. Any ideas where it came from? I'm inclined to suspect it came from a stash in nearby Phoenixville.........

My sources tell me it came from Tennessee. I think he said it is 42 inch gauge, it is not a true Lukens locomitive. I'll ask again tomorrow.
