Celebrating 150 years of Indian Railways, last year. Some of these WP class 4-6-2s were built in the US and Canada. Don't know about this one.

WP class loco No 7161 was built by Chittaranjan Loco Works in India in either late 1964 or early 1965. The original WP (7200) was built by Baldwin in 1947. It is preserved, I think at the museum in delhi.
