Any thoughts on what will be the last steam to finally run in revenue (non-tourist) service? Cuba, China, Indian sugar mills, others??

Perhaps a QJ?

I couldn't guess which one , but I'll guess they'll have a well equipted and skilled shop force, a good water supply, and free fuel!

I'm going to guess North Korea; though I've heard even that is dying off. Beyond that maybe some narrow gauge in China or India.
