1395 looking rough

CN 4-6-0 in Michigan, taken last year. This was in the Steamtown collection until they left Vermont. Looks like it could use some loving hands applied.

If this locomotive was available for sale maybe a museum like North Carolina Transportation or Tennessee Valley could acquire it and trade with the Casey Jones museum in Jackson,Tenn for Clinchfield 4-6-0 #99.
