The caption of that photo states that Bay Colony S-4 #1061 may be on it's way to Hobby Superstore owner Charles Ro.

This would be an interesting development as it appears that Mr. Ro has become steward of the 1851-built Maplewood Depot, in Malden, Massachusetts. The depot was saved by the "Friends of Maplewood Depot," and trucked last year (down the tracks from it's former home on the B&M's Saugus branch) to it's current trackside location, and positioned almost directly in front of Mr. Ro's amazing store. The Maplewood Depot is reportedly the oldest pre-civil war era railroad structure in Massachusetts. There is a plan in place to raise $150K for the restoration of the depot.
