We are pleased to announce that Michael B. Manwiller, of the Western Maryland Scenic, has been appointed Chief Mechanical Officer at the Heber Valley Railroad in Utah. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm, and we look forward to working with him. He will begin working with us in February, 2004. Please join us in wishing him well in his new adventure out West!
