Post subject:  Heber Valley Railroad C.M.O.
We are pleased to announce that Michael B. Manwiller, of the Western Maryland Scenic, has been appointed Chief Mechanical Officer at the Heber Valley Railroad in Utah. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm, and we look forward to working with him. He will begin working with us in February, 2004. Please join us in wishing him well in his new adventure out West!

Also, thank you to those who responded to our posting, or who encouraged others to respond. We were pleased with the results of the posting, and the opportunity to become acquainted with many of you in the industry.

You are getting a great guy in Michael. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. We always looked forward to Michael coming over and helping us when we needed an extra hand.

Utah's gain is Maryland's loss. Mike has done amazing things under sometimes very trying circumstances in Cumberland.
