| Post subject: | Denton Farm Park photos? |
Anyone have more photos of the 0-4-0 that runs at Denton, NC? Looks to be a big 50-ton Porter, with piston valves, of modern construction. Would be interesting to see older photos of it as an 0-4-0T also. http://www.threshers.com/farmpark/seotr_map.html ryarger@rypn.org |

During the late 1960's this locomotive operated on a short-lived tourist railroad at Blacksburg, SC. Back then it was still a saddletanker. If you have a STEAM PASSENGER SERVICE DIRECTORY from that time frame, at least one of the late 1960's directories has a photo of it as a 0-4-0T. Regards, Jim Robinson |
