THE WEST VIRGINIA RAILROAD MUSEUM, in cooperation with the DURBIN & GREENBRIER VALLEY RR, INC. Presents the first annual HIGHBALLIN' FOR HISTORY RAILFAN WEEKEND April 24-25, 2004 in Durbin, Belington, and Elkins W. Va. Travel over former B&O, WM and C&O lines in the most remote areas of the Mountain State. A-B-A vintage diesel lash-up, first time photo runby locations, unique first generation diesel views, choice of service levels. Rare Climax STEAM with photo freight, numerous runbys, and special photo opportunities. Proceeds used for restoration of Museum-owned ex-WV Northern RR matched Baldwin 2-8-0's.
