On the SP DAvenport Branch in CA. Is this the place where the cyclist got hurt recently?

No, according to the Santa Cruz Sentinel for January 20, the man fell off the San Lorenzo River bridge near the Boardwalk. This bridge has a pedestrian walkway which this individual chose to ignore. The Capitola Trestle is also on the branch but over Soquel Creek.
