The Hojack Bridge crosses the Genesee River in Rochester, New York. The bridge was built in 1905 by the New York Central Railroad and for approximately eight years has been unused. The Coast Guard wants the bridge removed since it is no longer part of an active rail line and presents a navigation hazard. A group has been formed to save the bridge.
