If some of you recall the post on the dry pipe posting I would like to say that I would never steer away from the CFR 49 part 200. I would never invite anyone as my guest to go back 5 years on the inspection rules. I posted this to start some controversy I find it more interesting than what's your favorite whistle, or what is your dream locomotive and the engine thats bricked up in some tunnel.
