If you scroll to the bottom of this large album of someone's family photos, there are some nice enlargeable shots of East Branch & Lincoln 0-4-0T 3 and the two-foot gauge German 0-4-0 w/ added tender, at the Loon Mountain ski area in New Hampshire.

Does anyone know if they run this engine during the winter? I know they used to but I cant find any information about it on their website and even emailing them got me no response. I had heard it was used as a shuttle for skiiers, but don't know much about it.

Mainly it moves the skiing customers across the long parking lot. I guy I know usually crews on it in the winter.

Can you give any other information about it, I am really getting cabin fever and would like to see this train and catch a few ski slopes while Im at it. Does the train run every day during the winter, how many trips does it make a day? I know the line isn't long, I walked it one day when I was there during the summer but the train was not running.
