Longtime former Steamtown resident. Where is this loation?

Based on the captions, I would think they were taken at it's current location; Starrucca House, Susquehanna, PA, USA.

This interesting engine was originally built by St. Leonard of Liege, France as a tram engine (aka steam dummy).
