Does the SPENO ballast cleaning operation still exist ?? Did they merge, or are they called something else now ?? Was (is) their HQ in or near Rome, New York ?? Thanks. |

Speno and Jackson Jordon Co. were purchased by Pandrol International and became Pandrol Jackson around 1990. Then Pandrol Jackson was purchased by Harsco Corporation and is now operated under division name of Harsco Track Technologies. Not sure if they maintain a facility in Syracuse anymore or not, but thier main operation is in S.C. |
