Further to the Rutland RR photo in a thread below, here is a photo taken circa 1912 looking the other way off the River Street Bridge in Rutland, VT. The long-gone Delaware & Hudson turntable and enginehouse are on the right, with the big Howe Scale complex on the left. The scale works is still there, used mostly as offices today.
