Looks like they updated their web site with quite a few photos. See link below. Lots going on. Looks like lots yet to do! Jim

The question of the moment is: will KCS approve the operation? What, if anything, is known about KCS's steam operations policy?

KCS has been very anti-passenger car when it comes to moving them in freight moves. They have rejected cars in interchange that were accepted by NS, UP and CSX. I shudder to think what they would do to a whole train with steam!

I did get an answer in part from the group's newsletter editor. He indicated that they are negotiating with the host railroad towards a definite operating agreement/arrangement.
