I was flipping through the flimsies and saw the entry detailing NCTM's offer free train rides to Rowan County residents. Just wanted to applaud them for a really smart move-outreach or marketing-depending on your perspective.

Goodwill is very difficult to qualify or quantify and will never appear on a non-profit balance sheet-but can be the most valuable arrow in your quiver when the chips are down.
